摘  要:目的研究核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)在犬乳恒牙替换期牙龈上皮中的蛋白表达及作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测犬乳恒牙替换期牙龈上皮中RANKL的染色情况。实验组为处于前牙替换期的12周龄犬,对照组为恒前牙牙根发育完成的24周龄犬。比较两组间相应细胞的RANKL免疫组化染色光密度值,进行配对t检验。结果RANKL的阳性信号表达于犬乳恒牙替换期牙龈上皮中的棘细胞和基底细胞。与对照组相应细胞RANKL表达强度有差别(P<0.05)。结论RANKL在犬乳恒牙替换期的牙龈上皮中有表达,可能在牙齿萌出过程中起作用。Objective To investigate the expression and effect of RANKL in gingival epithelium during the stage of the replacement of primary and permanent teeth of dog. Methods RANKL expression was examined in gingival epithelium by immunohistoehemistry. The gingivals of the primary mandibular incisors obtained from 12-week-old dogs and from 24-week-old dogs were studied. Results RANKL positive signals were observed in spinous cells and basal cells in dog' s gingivals during the stage of the replacement of primary and permanent teeth, and the optical density of which is higher than that of 24-week-old dogs. The expression of RANKL was significantly different between experiment and control groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion RANKL expressed in gingival during the stage of the physiological root resorption and perhaps participated in the process of tooth eruption.
