摘 要:目的观察脑室注射去甲肾上腺素对雄性大鼠血清睾酮含量及下丘脑γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)活性的影响。方法第一组大鼠侧脑室注射去甲肾上腺素40min、1h、2h、4h后,分别断头取血,分离血清,用放射免疫方法测定血清中睾酮含量;第二组大鼠侧脑室注射去甲肾上腺素40min后,制备下丘脑内侧基底部(MBH)组织匀浆,离心取上清,检测GGT活性。结果侧脑室注射去甲肾上腺素(每只20μg/20μL)40min、1h、2h、4h后大鼠睾酮的含量分别为(5.922±0.438)ng/mL、(6.306±0.456)ng/mL、(8.29±0.964)ng/mL、(7.81±0.288)ng/mL,后三组血清睾酮含量与盐水对照组相比明显升高(P<0.05)。侧脑室注射去甲肾上腺素(每只20μg/20μL)40min后,大鼠MBH组织GGT活性(0.592±0.077)×10-3IU/mg显著高于生理盐水对照组(0.251±0.049)×10-3IU/mg(P<0.05)。结论侧脑室注射去甲肾上腺素可使雄性大鼠下丘脑GGT活性及血清睾酮含量增加。Objective To study the effect of intracerebroventricular injection of norepinephrine on the testos terone concentration in serum and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) activity of male rats medial basal hypothal amus(MBH) .Methods The testosterone concentrations in serum of male rats were measured at 40min, lh, 2h, and 4h after intracerebmventricular injection sues were extracted, homogenized and centrifuged of norepinephrine. The medial basal hypothalamus(MBH) tisat 40min after intracerebmventricular injection of norepinephrine, then the GGT activity in MBH was measured. Results Testosterone concentrations in the serum were (5.922 ± 0. 438)ng/mL, (6. 306 ± 0. 456)ng/mL, (8. 290 ± 0. 964)ng/mL, (7. 810 ± 0. 288)ng/mL at 40min, 1h, 2h, 4h after intracerebmventricular injection of norepinephrine (20μg/20μL), testosterone concentrations in last three groups were significantly higher than that in saline control group. After intracerebmventricular injection of norepinephrine (20μg/20μL), GGT activities in hypothalamic tissue which were removed at 40 min were significantly higher than those of saline control group (0.251±0.049)×10^-3IU/mg. Conclusion Intracerebroventricular injection of norepinephrine can increase the testosterone concentration in the serum and the GGT activity in MBH.
