同化激素康力龙对S180小鼠腹水瘤细胞周期动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究同化激素康力龙对S180小鼠腹水瘤细胞周期动力学的影响。方法建立S180腹水瘤小鼠模型,给予康力龙灌胃一定时间后,用流式细胞术(Flow Cytometry,FCM)检测肿瘤细胞动力学。结果S180腹水瘤实验组S期肿瘤细胞(55.94±10.84)%,对照组S期肿瘤细胞(40.31±7.47)%,两组间S期所占百分数相比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论同化激素可影响肺癌细胞周期动力学,使S180腹水瘤细胞S期数量百分率增加。Objective To study the effect of anabolic hormone on cell cycle kinetics in S180 mice with ascite tumor in vivo. Methods A model of S180 mouse suffering from ascite tumor was set up. Each mouse was fed with stanozlolum. Tumor circle kinetics was determinated by flow cytometry. Results For S180 ascites carcinoma mice, the cell percentage of S-stage were 55.94 ± 10.84% respectively in S180 ascites carcinoma group, and （40.31 ± 7.47 ） % respectively in controlled group. There was significant difference between the two groups in S-stage （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tumr cell circle kinetics can be affected by anabolic hormone which increased the percentage of S180 ascite tumor cells in S-stage.
