摘　　要：介绍了美国标准(UL910-1998)CMP阻燃等级数字通信对称电缆的主要结构及原材料的特点,详细阐述了聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)绝缘的挤出设备、工艺等方面的技术特点和参数,以及电缆的设计与制造。This paper presents the construction and raw materials of the CMP flame retardant symmetrical cables tor digital communications complying with the US standard UL 910：1998. The author made a detailed discussion on the technical characteristics and parameters of the equipment and prcess for extruding the fhlorinated cthylene propylene （FEP） insulation as well as the design and manufacture of the eable.
