摘 要:在项目实施过程中,根据当前项目系统和环境的主要矛盾设计控制目标为进度保证、质量保证、成本保证、技术保证、安全保证和计划保证,构造多个试图实现柔性控制的方案.文中利用问卷调查和专家打分方法形成决策的原始数据,以条件熵度量分析目标的相对重要性,运用双基点法建立了柔性控制决策的定量分析方法,以此确定各方案的轻重缓急顺序.最后,通过工程项目例子验证了定量分析方法的有效性.Based on the principal contradiction of the present project system and its environment in the course of project implementation, the designed control objectives are time, quality, cost, technique, security and plan. A lot of schemes were constructed to attempt to realize a flexible control. Initial data of the decision were formed through the questionnaire investigation and expert scoring. The relative weightiness of analyzed objectives was measured with conditional entropy. The quantitative analysis of flexibility control decision based on double base points was set up so as to determine the order of importance and emergency. Finally, an example of construction project was given to prove the validity of the proposed quantitative method.
