摘 要:为探讨黄浦江水体生物膜对有机氯农药的富集特征和天然水体生物膜与有机氯农药的相互作用机制,利用GC/ECD对黄浦江表层水体和生物膜中的20种有机氯农药进行了测定.结果表明,有机氯农药在表层水体和生物膜中的含量分别为87.28~148.97 ng/L和21.79~62.26 ng/g;生物膜对水体中有机氯农药富集能力较强,富积系数为164.67~417.92.组分分析表明,生物膜中的DDTs和BHCs主要为环境中的早期残留;相关性分析表明,总有机碳是影响生物膜中有机氯农药分布的重要因素.可以推断,生物膜参与了有机氯农药在水环境中的迁移转化过程.In order to probe to the accumulation characters of organochlorine pesticides(OCPs) in biofilm developed in Huangpu River and the mechanism of interactions between OCPs and biofilm in natural aquatic system, 20 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in the surface waters and biofilm of Huangpu River were determined using GC/ECD. The result shows the concentration range of ∑OCPsin the surface waters and biofilmof Huangpu River are 87. 28-148. 97 ng/Land21.79-62.26ng/g, separately. The bioaccumulation factor of organochlorine pesticides in the biofilm of Huangpu River is from 164. 67 to 417. 92. The analysis of distribution characteristics of components shows that DDTs and BHCs in the biofilm at present are mainly the early residue in environment. According to the correlation analysis between OCPs and TOC of biofilm, TOC content has strong influence on the accumulation of OCPs in biofilm. It can be concluded that biofilm takes part in the transport process of organochlorine pesticides in natural aquatic system.
