摘 要:目的:研究滋阴泻火方对性早熟模型大鼠骨密度的影响。方法:采用26日龄SD大鼠36只,随机分成6组,除空白对照组外,其余5组建立性早熟模型。分别用促性腺激素拟似剂和滋阴泻火方大、中、小剂量对建立性早熟模型的大鼠进行干预。动物处死时留取胫骨,使用外周骨定量计算机断层扫描(pQCT)技术测定骨密度(包括总骨密度,骨小梁密度及骨皮质密度)。结果:性早熟模型组大鼠的骨密度(主要是骨小梁密度)较正常对照组为高(P<0.05);亮丙瑞林和中药大、中剂量能降低性早熟模型组大鼠的骨密度(P<0.05)。结论:一定剂量的滋阴泻火方能有效抑制性早熟模型大鼠骨密度的增加。Objective. To probe the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) for nourishing yin and purging fire on bone density in precocious puberty model rats. Methods: Total 36 SD female rats with 26-d-old were randomized into the normal group, the model group, the GnRHa group and the CHM groups (CHM groups were divided into large dose, middle dose and small dose). Rats, except that in the normal group, were induced to precocious puberty. When these rats were decapitated, bone :density in tibia was determined by pQCT (peripheral quantitative computed tomography). Results. Compared with the normal group, bone density in tibia increased in the model ratS and small dose CHM rats (P〈0. 05). Compared with the model groups, bone density decreased in GnRHa group, large dose CHM group and middle dose CHM group (P〈0.05). Conclusions. CHM for nourishing yin and purging fire may reduce the bone density in precocious puberty model rats.
