摘　　要：利用EM算法,在无失效数据样本下,对指数分布和Weibull分布的参数进行估计,得到了参数所满足的非线性方程或方程组.并利用EM算法的收敛性,保证用迭代的方法得到的非线性方程或方程组的近似解,正是收敛于参数真值的估计.最后对实际数据进行模拟计算,得到了合理的结果.We study parameter estimation for exponential distribution and Weibull distribution based on zero - failure data via the EM algorithm, and obtain nonlinear equation or a system of nonlinear equations the parameter satisfies, whose approximate solutions are to be the convergent estimation to the real value by the convergence property of EM algorithm. Finally, we get the reasonable result through a computer of simulation to actual zero - failure data.
