摘  要:从数据采集单元、主控制电路结构、单片机程序、上下位机通信协议等方面全面地介绍了牵引变压器绝缘在线监测系统下位机系统的设计实现。系统可以作为单组份气体氢气、多种故障气体、油中微水在线监测系统的下位机系统。实验室模拟实验表明:采用该牵引变压器绝缘在线监测系统测得的油中溶解气体浓度与用AD900气相色谱系统测得的浓度相对误差不到5%。In order to insure the safety and stabilization of highspeed railway, it is very important to implement on-line monitoring system on traction transformer. The data acquisition, the main control circuit, the program of Single Chip Micyoco (SCM) and communication protocol, which are the components of the on-line monitoring system of traction transformer insulation, are roundly presented. This system is well designed and it can be embedded in the detection system of hydrogen, mixed gas and moisture. The simulation experiment indicates that compared with the data which acquired through AD900 gas phase chromatography system, the relative error of the data which detected by this on-line monitoring system is merely 5 percent.
