摘　　要：食管腺癌的发病率不断上升,可能与Barrett食管密切相关。由于进展期肿瘤的预后较差,早期诊断、监测和干预特殊肠化生上皮、异型增生和早期癌变对提高患者的生存率至关重要。本文介绍了色素内镜和窄带成像技术的原理及其在诊断Barrett食管病变中的作用。The rapidly increasing incidence of esophageal adenocarcinoma is correlated with Barrett＇s esophagus （BE）. As the prognosis of progressive carcinoma being poor, early diagnosis, monitoring and interference of the specialized intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia and early canceration in their early stages are very important for patients＇ survival, This review article introduced the principles and diagnostic value of chromoendoscopy and narrow band imaging in BE.
