西部欠发达地区高等学校教育技术工作的现状分析与发展策略

摘　　要：西部欠发达地区高等学校教育技术工作由于存在事业名称混乱、多中心并存、工作无法可依、管理体制不完善、资源建设和管理各自为阵等诸多问题和原因导致其举步维艰、难以生存。解决问题的对策在于继续转变观念、提高认识,巩固"制高点"和"脱破口"的地位,科学定位职能,建立高效集约的管理机构,恢复全国教育技术工作的行政机构,制定出台政令法规,开展教育技术评估工作,以数字化教学资源建设和应用为脱破口,创新教育技术工作新局面。The work of educational Technology gets into difficulty, resulting many problems and reasons, like the confusion of names, the existence of too many centers, the disorder of management system, ect. The solution to this case sepends on the following strategies to continue converting notions and improve noesis, to clarify its function, to build efficient management system, to revert the national administration of educational Technology, to make and ssue new regulations and laws, to camyout evaluational work, and so on.
