摘 要:低压制备型电层析技术自问世以来,在理论研究和实际应用中得到不断发展,可能成为生物分离过程中的重要技术。笔者介绍了低压制备型电层析的仪器装置的设计、固定相和流动相的类型及分离对象的范围等内容,阐述了有关的分离机制数学模型,总结了目前研究中存在的主要问题,并展望了该技术未来的发展趋势。low-voltage preparative electrochromatography, as an effective bioseparation method, has been developed for its theoretical research and practical application since its appearance. In this paper, the instrument design of preparative electrochromatography, objects are reviewed. The separation mechanism and the conditions of solid and mobile phase and separated model description of preparative electrochromatography were introduced. The main problems in the research were summarized and the future of this technology was prospected.
