摘　　要：对某鸡场送检的60日龄患呼吸道病的病鸡进行病理剖检及细菌分离鉴定。采用微生物学方法鉴定出沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌,确定该病是由两种细菌感染引起的。药敏试验指导用药,投以呋喃妥因、氧氟沙星治愈。药物治疗效果与药敏试验结果一致。Diseased chicken collected in the Shaoguan suburban district chicken house were examined, isolation and identification. Salmonella and E. coli were found by the microbiological method, consequently, the problem was caused by two bacteria. According to the medicine sensitiveness test, fathors used Nitrofurantoin and Ofloxacin to solve the problem. The effect of the medical were similar to the result of medicine sensitiveness test.
