摘 要:随着城镇化水平的加速发展,也为了使农民工与城市发展相适应,中国政府已经把提高劳动者素质、发展职业教育作为"十一五"期间我国教育发展的目标之一。美国人力发展培训计划是为适应美国当时的劳动力状况提出的,并为促进美国的经济发展发挥了重要作用,对之进行介绍和总结,可以为我国进行农民工教育培训提供些许参考。With the urbanization development rapidly in our country,Chinese government makes emphasis on improving the rural-migrant workers' quality to match the cities' development. Under the “11th Five-Year Plan” ,the government set goals to elevate the quality of our national education ,one of which is to promote the rural-migrant workers by developing vocational education. The Manpower Development and Training Act of 1962 in U.S. was proposed to adapt to the demand of labor market at that time. In fact, the program made significant effects to raise the American economy and stabilized its society. This article concludes several experiences on how the American government educated and trained manpower and gives some suggestions for our own country.
