P16和C-erbB-2蛋白表达与胃癌临床病理学特征关系

摘　　要：目的探讨P16和C-erbB-2蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达,分析两者与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法检测52例患者手术切除胃癌组织中P16和C-erbB-2蛋白的表达水平。结果P16和C-erbB-2蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为42.3%(22/52)、36.3%(19/52);P16、C-erbB-2蛋白表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期和患者生存期在统计学上均差异显著(P<0.05),而与胃癌的组织学类型无关(P>0.05);P16和C-erbB-2蛋白在胃癌中的阳性表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论P16、C-erbB-2蛋白与胃癌的发生发展密切相关,检测P16、C-erbB-2蛋白的表达可对临床判断胃癌生物学行为及评估患者预后具有重要的参考意义。Objective To explore the P16 and C - erbB -2 protein expression in primary Gastric cancer and its pathological changes in order to find out the relation. Methods The expression of p16 and C - erbB - 2 prote, oncoproteins was detected with sp immunohistochemical method in 52 surgically resected specimens and its endoscopic biopsy specimens of gastric cancer. Results The positive expression rate of p16 and C -erbB -2 was 42.3% （ 22/52 ）and 36.3 % （ 19/52 ）respectively in gastric carcinoma; p16 and C -erbB - 2 protein expression was significantly correlated with, invasion depth ,lymph node metastasis and clinical pathological staga（ P 〈 0.05） , but was not related to histological type（ P 〉 0.05 ）. there is a not related between expression of p16、C - erbB - 2 and gastric carcinoma（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusions The expression of p16、C -erbB -2 protein is correlated with gastric cancer and p16、C -erbB -2 protein can be used to evaluate the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer.
