摘　　要：以党的十六大精神为指导,用系统分析的基本原则和方法,对德育系统的主要特征作了初步的探讨和分析,提出了在改革开放的新形势下,加强德育教育的新思路。With the guiding ideology lo the 16thNCCPC, themain characters of the ethical training system theory have been esplored and analyzed profoundly by the principles and methods of system analysis, then the new idea has been put forward that ethical training should be strengthened in the new situation of reform and opening to the outside wide.
