摘　　要：本文简要介绍了企业集群的概念、特征,分析了企业集群对于提升集群内企业竞争力的作用,在分析我国中小企业的特点的基础上,提出了我国中小企业应该走一条集群化发展战略之路。This article briefly introduces the concepts and characters of enterprise cluster, analyzes enterprise cluster＇s role in promoting the enterprise＇s competence, suggests our middle and small-sized enterprises should take enterprise cluster as a development road on the basis of analyzing our enterprises＇ characters.
