摘 要:[目的]了解在钦州市推行食品卫生监督量化分级管理制度情况。[方法]2006年4~6月根据《餐饮业卫生许可审查量化评分表》对钦州市60家餐饮单位进行卫生许可审查量化评分;关键项目合格,得分为总分的85%以上为良好,60%~85%为一般,60%以下为差。[结果]60家餐饮单位中,卫生许可审查量化评分良好20家,占33.3%;一般27家,占45.0%;差13家,占21.7%;卫生管理、建筑与布局、食品储存和卫生设施4个环节的总评合格率为78.3%。[结论]钦州市餐饮单位卫生许可审查量化评分良好率较低,各环节的卫生设备设施有待进一步改进。应加强食品卫生监督量化分级管理的宣传和培训工作,做好新建、改建、扩建餐饮单位的预防性卫生监督审查,提高卫生许可审查量化评分良好率。To implement quantitative grading system in supervision of food hygiene in Qinzhou. [Methods] Quantitative marking was conducted in the examination of hygienic license in 60 catering units in Qinzhou in 2006,based on quantitative marking form of hygienic license examination. The criterion was as follows: Key items were up to standard, the mark accounted for 85% of the total ( good), 60%-85 % (general),below 60%(bad). [Results]Of the 60 catering units investigated, 20 were good, accounting for 33.3 %. 27 were general, accounting for 45 %, 13 were bad, accounting for 21.7%. The total qualified rate of hygienic management,construction and distribution,food storage and hygienic facilities was 78.3%. Conelusion The rate with good mark by quantitative marking in the examination of hygienic license in Qinzhou catering units was low. Hygienic facilities should be improved. Propaganda and training on quantitative grading management in the supervision of food hygiene should be strengthened. Preventive health supervision and inspection on new building, rebuilding and extending of catering units must be developed .
