摘 要:根据2006年浙江省海洋水产研究所的上层鱼监测资料和舟山市海洋与渔业局的渔业统计资料,对浙江省新近发展的深水灯光围网渔业以及2006年产况不理想的原因进行了分析,结果表明:深水灯光围网渔业可全年作业,渔场主要为温台、温外、鱼外和舟外渔场;鲐类占渔获物总重量的80%以上;生产不理想主要是受捕捞对象资源的年间波动、捕捞技术不过关、对渔场与渔期把握不准等因素的影响。建议有关部门除了在政策、资金等方面给予必要的扶持外,同时还应立项对其渔场、渔期及渔场水文环境等进行调查研究,尽快掌握东海中南部鲐鲹鱼渔场的水文特征和鱼发特点,以实现深水灯光围网渔业的稳定、持续与健康发展,使其在海洋捕捞作业结构调整和渔民增收等方面发挥应有的作用。Based on the monitoring data from Marine Fisheries Research Institute of Zhejiang Province and fisheries statistical data from Zhoushan Ocean and Fisheries Bureau, the fishing condition of the newly developed deep-water light seining fisheries in 2006 was analyzed. The results showed that Wentai, Wenwai, Yuwai and Zhouwai were the main fishing grounds catch were mainly mackerel which accounted for of the deep-water light seining. The dominant species in the more than 80% in total weight. The reasons for the poor production were mainly the yearly fluctuation of the resources, the fishing techniques without up to the standard, and the incomprehension of keeping abreast of fishing grounds and fishing periods . Resting on the above analyses, it is erected that the number of vessel groups should be limited, and the fishery administration should help and encourage fishermen to overcome the difficulties so as to fulfil the stable, sustained and healthy development of deep-water light seining fisheries.
