摘　　要：现有文献对于"浙商"的研究,多数是基于一个平面视角,较少将"浙商"看作一个立体集合。本文将"浙商"看作是一个系统,论述了"浙商"的系统特征,用复杂系统论的观点来认识和分析"浙商",并就复杂系统论思想应用于"浙商"研究的意义和研究展望进行了分析。Most current studies on ＂Zhejiang merchants＂ are from a plane angle,few from a threedimensional set. This article regards ＂Zhejiang merchants＂ as a system,and elaborates its systematic characteristics. The author analyses ＂Zhejiang merchants＂ with the complex system theory, and forecasts the significance and prospect of such application.
