摘　　要：在组织研究领域,公私组织二分法存在诸多争议。在公私二分框架下,存在多种界分标准,这些界分标准能促进我们对组织多样性的认识。从公共行政学的视角来看,公私组织二分法具有相当重要的理论和实践意义。There are some controversy about P-P organization dichotomy in the field of organization research. The author discusses the dichotomy and argues that it is very important to public administration theory and practice.
