摘 要:草甘膦与亚硝酸钠在室温下发生亚硝基化反应,得到其亚硝基化衍生物N-亚硝基-N-膦酸甲基甘氨酸,在盐酸-醋酸钠(pH0.7)介质中该衍生物于-0.81V(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的极谱波,其二阶导数峰峰电流I与草甘膦质量浓度在1.2×10-4~6.0×10-2g/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9965,n=9),检测下限为9.6×10-5g/L(S/N=3),9次测定6.0×10-3g/L草甘膦相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%。该法简单、快速,可用于制剂与土壤样品中草甘膦的测定。A single sweep oscillopolarographic method for the determination of glyphosate has been proposed for the first time. At room temperature,glyphosate was converted to N-nitroso-N-(phosphonomethyl)glycine after derivatization with NaNO2. This N-nitroso derivative of glyphosate exhibited a sensitive cathodic peak at -0.81 V(vs. SCE) in HCl-NaAc buffer (pH 0.7). The linear concentration range of application was 1.2×10^-4-6.0×10^-2 g/L of glyphosate,with a relative standard deviation of 1.7% (for a level of 6.0×10^-3 g/L) and a detection limit of 9.6×10^-5 g/L. The method was applied to the determination of glyphosate in the formulations and soil samples.
