摘 要:目的探讨护士和护士长工作满意度及其评价指标。方法以全体临床护士为研究对象,采用量性研究和质性研究相结合的方法,对随机抽取的120名护士和20名护士长进行问卷调查;对55名护士和20名护士长访谈,并对结果进行分析。结果在薪酬、职业发展、福利、奖励和人际关系方面护士的满意度分别为(14.44±2.73),(12.51±2.51),(12.42±2.09),(11.69±3.17)和(9.71±2.58)分;护士长分别为(9.85±3.48),(9.69±3.77),(10.54±1.56),(8.62±2.50)和(7.46±2.11)分,差异有统计学意义。结论提高护士工作满意度应当考虑这些指标并注意护士与护士长之间的差异。Objective In order to study the working satisfaction of nurses and head nurses the effective indexes which can indicate them. Methods Investigated 120 nurses and 20 head nurses by selfdesigned questionnaire, interviewed 55 nurses and 20 head nurses, and then analyzed the data obtained from them. Results There were significant differences in 5 aspects between nurse and head nurses about working satisfaction, including salary, career development, benefit, reward and interpersonal relationship, P〈0.05. Conclusions The factors mentioned above should be emphasized in order to promote the working satisfaction of nurses and head nurses, while the differences between nurses and head nurses should also be emphasized.
