摘 要:职业认同是职业社会化过程的结果之一,它既指一种过程,也指一种状态。职业社会化文献已经从个体的被动或反应性角色转变为社会互动和建构主义观点。护士职业认同的概念包括个人、人际方面与社会历史方面,也是一个多维度的现象,包括结构成分、社会成分和个体心理成分。家庭、社会、教育经验,工作社会化过程中现实打击、师徒关系、职业枯竭都对职业认同的形成与发展产生巨大影响。对护士职业认同的感知研究是这一领域内的另一研究主题。从社会化的角度探讨护士职业认同,可以为改善护理教育和护理管理提供参考。Professional identity is one of the outcomes of professional socialization, it is a process as well as a state. The literature on professional socialization is shifting from the passive or reactive role of the individual to a social interaction and construction perspective. Concept analysis on the professional identity of the nurse demonstrates that it includes personal and interpersonal dimensions and social-historical aspects. Professional identity is theorized as a multi-dimensional phenomenon with structural, social and individual-psychological components. Family, society, and educational experience, as well as reality shock, mentorship, occupational burn-out during the process of work socialization may exert influence on the formation and development of professional identity. Another focus on this topic is about the perceptions of professional identity. Study on professional identity of nurses in the socializational framework has implications on nursing education and administration.
