手术室网上收费系统对间接护理工作的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室网上收费系统对提高手术室护理工作质量,减少间接护理时数的作用。方法在手术室手术收费人员相对固定、手术种类大致相同的情况下,比较人工收费与网上收费系统对提高手术室收费工作质量的影响。结果与人工收费相比,实施网上收费后,手术收费的平均耗时缩短,手术退费的例数减少,患者咨询手术收费的疑问减少(均P<0.05)。结论护理信息系统的建立和不断完善可以改变传统的护理工作模式,减少间接护理时数,提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of charging network system in operation room on enhancing the care quality in operation room and reducing indirect nursing time. Method For those operations of the same kinds with the same nurses charging fees, the effects caused by manual charging method and charging internet system were compared in item of nursing efficiency and indirect nursing time. Results Due to charging network system, the average charging time was shortened, and both the cases of returning the fees charged by mistake and the cases of inquiring the operative fees were reduced. The difference was significant between manual charging and charging network system （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The charging network system may bring change to nursing labor pattern by reducing indirect nursing time and raising nursing efficiency.
