摘  要:目的对影响近视患者非接触性眼压(IOP)测量值的多因素进行分析,探讨IOP测量的临床意义。方法随机选取16~72岁近视患者228例406眼,依次测量角膜曲率、屈光度、中央角膜厚度(CCT)、IOP(以非接触眼压计测量)及眼轴长度,分析非接触性IOP测量值的影响因素。结果近视患者的非接触性IOP与年龄、角膜曲率均无相关性(P值均>0.05),与CCT、眼轴长度呈正相关(r=0.429、0.160,P值分别<0.01、0.05),分别以CCT、眼轴长度为自变量X,IOP为因变量Y,得出的直线回归方程分别是Y=-9.318+0.044X (P<0.01)和Y=9.023+0.209X(P<0.05)。结论近视患者CCT和眼轴长度作为非接触性IOP测量值的影响因素,对于正确评估和判断实际IOP值具有重要的临床指导意义。Objective To investigate the factors influencing the noncontact intraocular pressure (IOP) in myopic patients and to discuss the clinical implication of IOP measurement. Methods The IOP of 406 eyes in 228 randomly selected myopic patients (16 to 72 years old) were measured by noncontact tonometer; the central corneal thickness (CCT), curvature, diopter and axial length were also measured. The factors influencing the IOP values were analyzed. Results The noncontact IOP of myopic patients was not associated with ages or curvature, but was positively correlated with CCT and axial length (r = 0. 429, 0. 160; P 〈 0.01, 0.05), and the linear regression equations were Y =- 9. 318+0. 044X andY = 9. 023+0. 209X , respectively. Conclusion The present study suggests that the noncontact IOP is related to CCT and axial length, whic'h has important clinical implication in evaluating actual IOP.
