摘 要:针对目前可重构制造系统评价体系的不足,根据可重构制造系统的特点和要求,从工程应用的实际出发,采用层次分析法构建了一个较为完备的可重构制造系统的评价体系模型,并分析了各个指标的内涵。应用信息熵来确定各评价指标的客观权重,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法实现对各指标的评价,通过最小二乘原理确定评价对象相对于最优参考值的优良隶属度,以此作为评价准则,最后用一个具体实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。Considering the insufficiency of the evaluation system for reconfigurable manufacturing systems, and according to the characteristics of reconfigurable manufacturing systems and the engineering practice, a systematic and comprehensive evaluation model for reconfigurable manufacturing systems was proposed based on the hierarchy analysis, and the meaning of every index was analyzed. The information entropy was used to calculate the weights of every indexes, and the index was assessed by analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy synthetically evaluation. The subordinative degree of evaluation object relative to the optimum reference value adopting least square principle was regarded as the evaluation criteria. Finally, an example was given to show the availability and feasibib ity of the approach.
