摘　　要：可编程序控制器PLC(ProgrammableLogicController)的冗余设计运行对于工业自动化控制系统的可靠性有着重要意义。本文从冷备份、热备份、表决系统三个方面的冗余配置为一些对生产可靠性要求较高的工作环境提供了解决方法,分析了一种普遍采用的并联冗余设计方法并提出了一种更有效的冗余设计方案。redundancy control has important meanings for reliability in the automated industry control system based on PLC （Programmable Logic Controller）. from the redundancy collocate of cold standby, hot standby, vote system, the resolve method is offered for some working condition of high reliability in the text, a parallel redundancy＇s design which is used widely is analyzed and a effective redundancy＇s design is putted forward.
