摘 要:文章选取蕺菜萃取液和除虫菊脂的混合物作为芯材,环氧树脂作为壁材,采用改进的界面聚合法配置微胶囊,首次制备出整理毛织物的具有双膜高持久性的天然纳米抗菌防蛀微胶囊。确定了用该微胶囊采用浸轧法对毛织物进行抗菌防蛀后整理的工艺。详细分析了影响微胶囊性能的工艺参数和影响浸轧后整理工艺的因素,并对微胶囊的持久性效果进行了实验测试。结果表明,该方法所整理的毛织物天然环保、具有良好的耐洗性。The double theca anti-bacterial and mothproofer nano-microcapsule has good durability and nature property for wool fabric. The paper made out the nano-microcapsule theca, by selecting admixture of houttynia cordata thunb extract liquid and pyrethrin as core material, epoxy resin as wall material. The finishing process of dipping treatment using this nano-microcapsule for wool fabric is proposed in this paper. It also analyzed the technology parameters influencing microcapsule performances and facts influencing dipping treatment finishing in detail, and tested the durability of the fabric. The results showed that the wool fabric using this anti-bacterial and mothproofer nano-microcapsule had good washing fastness.
