摘　　要：从维客的特点入手,阐述了维客和博客的不同以及对互联网的影响,对基于维客的知识共享进行了分析,并对其存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了基于维客的知识传递方式。Start with the wiki characteristic, this paper has elaborated the difference between the wiki and the blog, and the influence to internet, analyzed the knowledge sharing based on the wiki, and discussed its existence question, and proposed the knowledge transfer mode based on the wiki.
