摘　　要：电力在各项能源消耗领域中所占比重较大,电网企业输电、配电、供电、用电等领域开展节能降耗活动,将对顺利实现"十一五"节能降耗指标产生重要作用。从优化调度、可再生能源发电、降低综合线损、用电侧管理、建筑节能等方面提出了节能降耗技术措施。Electric power accounts for a large proportion in total energy consumption. It is critical for the fulfillment of energy-saving indicators in the Eleventh Five-year Plan to promote energy saving and consumption reducing strategies in the field of power transmission, distribution, supplying and consuming. A series of technical measures for energy saving and consumption reducing were proposed from the points of optimized dispatching, renewable energy power generating, composite line loss reducing, user side management, building energy saving.
