摘　　要：在对城市家庭体育的内涵和内容与作用阐述的基础上,提出中国家庭体育发展的思路:加强城市家庭体育宣传;加大社区体育和家庭体育投资;加强学区体育建设;构建城市家庭体育服务中心。The definition and content of family sports were discussed, and some advice were brought forward, which were propagandizing the family sports in the general public, and increasing the investment of community sports and family sports, and organizing the schools- community sports, and set up the service center of family sports.
