摘　　要：提出以软仿型加工方法实现陶瓷螺杆等离子喷涂,该方法以螺杆螺距为仿型参数,实现数控位移,以软仿型方式实现螺杆表面喷涂。探讨了该方法的工艺原理和实现技术途径,研究结果表明采用该方法有助于提高陶瓷螺杆的喷涂效率。The method of soft profile modeling process of plasma spraying ceramic screw was developed. In the method, the pitch of screws was used as profile modeling parameter to achieve the moving of numerical control sprayer. Based on the method, the controlling programs and techniques were carried out. The result shows that the method can promote the spraying efficiency for the ceramic screw,
