摘  要:采用不同浓度(0、5、15、25、35 mL/L)的大蒜浸提液处理茄子种子,旨在研究大蒜浸提液对茄子种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:各处理对种子发芽率没有明显的影响,但对发芽势和发芽指数影响较大,且随着处理浓度的增加,发芽势和发芽指数逐渐降低;各处理对幼苗生长产生明显的影响,随着处理浓度的增加,下胚轴长和主根长逐渐减小,但下胚轴粗有所增加;幼苗地上部和地下部的鲜重与对照无明显差异.The seeds of eggplant 25,35 mL/L) ,aiming at researching were socked in garlic extraneous liquid with different density(0,5,15, the effect of garlic extraneous liquid on seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that all treatments had no obvious effect on the seed germination percentage, but bigger effect on the seed germinating energy and the germinating index. The seed germinating energy and index dropped along with increased density of each treatment. The every treatment also created obvious effect on the seedling growth of eggplant. Along with the increased density of each treatment,the length of hypocotyls and main root were reduced,and the thickness of hypocotyls increased to some extent, but the weight of fresh root and plant above earth of young seedling displayed no obvious difference.
