摘  要:近年来褐斑病给我国平菇生产造成的损失日益严重。其症状主要表现为菌盖表面出现褐色斑点;如果湿度过高,菌盖表面能形成菌脓;如果感染原基或幼菇,会导致子实体畸形或停止发育。从病斑组织分离出病原细菌T3,根据Biolog自动鉴定系统鉴定结果、16S rDNA序列分析以及嵌套PCR检测结果进行了综合鉴定,确认该病原细菌为Pseudomonas tolaasii。In resent years, significant loss of Pleurotus ostreatus which is one of most important commercially cultivated mushrooms was caused by the brown blotch disease in China. Brown blotch on pileus was formed. If humudity was higher enougy, fungal concerntration could be formed on pileus, ff primordium or young fruitbody were infected, it would be malformed fruiting body or stunt. The bacteria isolated from the brown blotch was designated T3. So T3 was identified as P. talaasii on the results of Bilong system, 16 SrDNA sequence analysis and nested PCR.
