新疆维吾尔、汉族鼻咽癌组织p16抑癌基因表达比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨抑癌基因p16在维吾尔、汉族鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学LSAB法对新疆鼻咽癌60例(维吾尔、汉族各30例)、非瘤鼻咽组织37例(维吾尔族17例,汉族20例)分别进行抑癌基因p16蛋白阳性检测。结果:鼻咽癌p16蛋白检出率分别为35.0%(21/60),明显低于非瘤鼻咽组织的83.8%(31/37)(P<0.05);维吾尔族鼻咽癌p16蛋白阳性检出率43.3%(13/30),明显低于非瘤鼻咽组织76.5%(13/17)(P<0.05);汉族鼻咽癌p16蛋白阳性检出率为26.7%(8/30),明显低于非瘤鼻咽组织90%(18/20)(P<0.05);维吾尔族与汉族鼻咽癌阳性检出率差异无有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两民族鼻咽癌p16蛋白阳性表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:(1)p16抑癌基因失活在新疆维吾尔、汉族鼻咽癌的发病过程均具有普遍而重要的作用。(2)两族鼻咽癌p16基因阳性表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期无相关性,可能说明p16蛋白失活是鼻咽癌发生的早期事件。Objective：To study the expression of p16 protein in tumorous tissues of Uygur and Han patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） and their clinical significance. Methods： The abnormal expression of p16 protein in 60NPC（Uygur 30, Han 30） and 37 non-tumor nasopharyngeal tissues （NP,Uygurl7, Han 20）in Xinjiang were detected by the LSAB immunohistochemical method respectively. Results：The frequences of pl 6 protein 35.0 % in NPC were sig- nificantly lower than NP 83. 8% respectively （P〈0. 05）. Significant differences existed in the expressions of p16 be- tween NPC（43. 3%）and NP （76. 5%） in Uygurs（P〈0. 05）. There were statistical differences in the frequencies of p16 protein between NPC（26. 7 %）and NP（90 %）in Hans. It was not found that significant difference between Uygur NPC （43. 3%）and Han NPC（26.7%） in the frequency of p16 expression（P〈0. 05）. No correlation between p16 abnormal expression and lymph node metastesis, clinical stage, survival rate was found（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： （1）Low expression of p16 may involve the important effect on nasopharyngeal carcinogenosis of Uygurs and Hans in Xinjiang. （2）The cor- relation between p16 abnormal expression and lymph node metastesis, clinical stage is absent, which implicate that the inactivaties of p16 protein may be early events in NPC progression.
