蓝黄视野与视诱发电位检测对早期青光眼的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨蓝黄视野检查及图形视诱发电位(P-VEP),联合应用在原发性开角型青光眼的早期诊断价值。方法应用蓝黄视野检查及图形视诱发电位对48例(95眼)青光眼,正常对照组40例(80眼)分别进行PVEP及蓝黄视野检测并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果正常组、青光眼组间对比,PVEP、蓝黄视野检查指标有统计学差异(P<0.01),各方法对早期诊断有临床价值。结论PVEP、蓝黄视检查对原发性开角型青光眼的早期诊断具有较好意义。Objective To discuss the combinative of detection of blue and yellow vision and P - VEP in early open - an- gle primary glaucoma. Methods 48 cases （95 eyes） of such patient were detected with visiual field and P - VEP and other 40 cases （80 eyes） of normal adult were compared. The results were analyzed with statistics. Results There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01） and both methods were valuable for early diagnosis. Conclusion P - VEP and visiual field might be good significance for early diagnosis in primary open angle glaucoma.
