摘　　要：给出了一个关于勒让德多项式的积分公式及其证明,用该公式和叠加法方便快捷地导出了圆形带电环和电流环的静态电磁势.An distribution of the integral formula of Legendre polynomial and a method of proving this formula are given. The static electromagnetic fields of a uniformly charged and current-carrying ring are calculated by this formula.
