摘　　要：过度医疗制约医学目的实现的根源性问题,主要归责于公立医院补偿机制的不合理问题没有得到解决。在过度医疗背景下解读医学目的的内涵尤为必要。医学哲学化明示一条准则,就是过度医疗不是医学哲学的应当,其扰乱医学理性和医学伦理法则,是制约医学目的实现的不利因素,它必将受到社会和医疗消费者的唾弃和抨击。The reason for the restriction of medical purpose by excessive medical treatment is mainly because the irrationality of compensatory mechanism of public hospitals is not solved. In the background of excessive medical treatment, pursuit for the meaning of medical purpose is especially necessary. Medical philosophy clarifies that excessive medical treatment goes against the very nature of medical philosophy, interferes medical rationality and medical ethical principles, restricts the realization of medical purpose, and will surely be criticized and attacked by society and medical treatment consumers.
