摘　　要：阐述了无偿献血志愿服务的内涵,并对无偿献血志愿服务进行了中国传统的伦理思想、医学的伦理思想、建设和谐社会的伦理思想三个层面的分析,结合首都无偿献血志愿服务队的实践提出了志愿服务进一步的伦理规范。This paper elaborates the connotation of the voluntary service of obligatory blood donation, and analyzes this type of service from the aspects of the doctrines of traditional Chinese ethics, doctrines of medical ethics, and the ethical thought of constructing a harmonious society. Some ethical norms are also put forward based on the practical experience of the capital voluntary service team of obligatory blood donation.
