摘 要:利用原位聚合结合交替沉积自组装技术制备了多层聚苯胺(PANI)/聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)分子沉积膜,以紫外-可见光谱跟踪成膜过程,用场发射扫描透镜(FESEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)对所合成的纳米膜进行了形貌表征.以自制的气体测试装置研究该膜对氨气的敏感特性,结果表明:敏感膜具有很好的响应性能,对浓度低至0.1mg/m3氨气,相对灵敏度可达63.47%,响应时间仅为39s.Polyaniline/ Poly (Sodium 4-Styrenesulfonate) (PANI/PSS) ultra-thin molecular deposition (MD) films were fabricated by in-situ polymerized and alternative adsorption. The formation process of ul- tra-thin films was characterized by UV-Vis. Field tomic force microscope (AFM) were employed to emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and acharacterize the morphology of as-prepared PANI/PSS nanofilms. Gas sensitivity of the ultra-thin films to NH3 was investigated using a special gas measure device. It was demonstrated that the relative sensitivity reached 63.47% and the response time was as quick as 39 s for 0. 1 mg/m^3 NH3 that showed high detecting sensibility.
