E-Selectin在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测膀胱移行细胞癌(bladder transitional cell carcinoma,BTCC)中E-Selectin的表达,并初步探讨其临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测44例BTCC组织中E-Selectin的表达,分析其与肿瘤分期、分级及复发的关系。结果9例正常膀胱组织未发现E-Selectin的表达,44例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中有26例E-Se-lectin表达阳性,占59.1%,阴性表达18例,占40.9%。其表达与肿瘤的分级无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤的分期及复发明显相关(P<0.05),T4肿瘤E-Selectin的表达最强烈(P<0.05)。结论在BTCC中,E-Selectin的高表达可能促进了膀胱移行细胞癌的血源性转移,其表达可望成为判断膀胱移行细胞癌预后的一项重要指标。[Objective] To investigate the expression of E-Selectin in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） and discuss its clinical signification. [Methods] The block samples of 44 BTCC and 9 normal bladder tissues in frozen, and acetone fixed were examed with immunohistochemical method for E-Selectin. We wanted to find out the correlation between the expression of E-Selectin and the pathological grade, clinical stage and recurrent rate. [Results] E-Selectin over- expressions was found in 26/44（59.1%） tumors. There were no E-Selectin expressions in the 9 normal bladder tissues. There was a significant correlation between the over- expression of E-Selectin and advanced clinical stage, but there was not significant correlation between the over- expression of E-Selectin and increased pathological grade. At T4 stage, E-Selectin＇s over- expression was the most intense on the micro-vessels of the tumors. [Conclusion] The over-expression of E-Selectin may accelerate the metastasis of BTCC by blood vessel. This phenomena may be a potential prognostic marker in BTCC.
