摘　　要：荣辱观是价值观的一个关键性元素,它由荣誉感和羞耻心构成。青少年时期是树立个人荣辱观的关键时期。为了促进青少年社会主义荣辱观的树立,全社会要从荣辱观的角度确立明确规范的价值导向,实施科学系统的教育策略,并构建起学校、家庭、社会"三位一体、协调运行"的力量支持系统。The outlook on honor and shame is one of the key elements of one＇s value of life. The adolescence is a crucial period for the youth to establish their personal outlook on honor and shame. In order to motivate the adolescents to establish a socialist outlook on honor and shame, an explicit and normative criterion of value, which is conformity to the socialist outlook on honor and shame should be founded, and a scientific and systematic education strategy should be implemented, and an effective system supported by school, family and society should be set up.
