摘 要:由于三电平逆变器可以提高输出电压波形质量,降低开关管耐压和减小电感损耗,因此在大、中、小功率场合得到了越来越广泛的应用。以三电平逆变器的最常用拓扑──二极管箝位型三电平逆变器拓扑为研究对象,结合它在不间断电源(UPS)中的具体应用,详细分析了其工作原理,并建立了其基本数学模型。依据得到的数学模型设计了解耦控制器,从而可以完全按照两电平逆变器的控制器来设计三电平逆变器的控制器。实验结果证实了理论分析和控制器设计的正确性。Because the three-level inverter has lots of predominance such as increased waveform quality of output voltage, low voltage across switches, low inductor loss, and so on, it finds broad application in systems with large power, medial power and small power.This paper deals with the diode-clamped three-level inverter used in UPS which is the most often-used three-level topology,gives the detail analysis of its opertation principle and its mathematical model.And then the decoupling control scheme is designed to make the controller design of three-level inverter being the same as two-level inverter.ln the end, the experimental results confirm the theory analysis and controller design.
