摘　　要：临床上需要既懂医又懂药,既能指导临床用药又能进行科学研究的复合型人才。本文结合临床药学工作,按照职业需求,对如何培养良好的综合职业能力进行了探讨。Compound talents who not only know Medicine but also know Pharmacy, and not only can instruct clinical medication but also can carry out science research are needed in the clinic. this article discusses the problems on how to cultivate excellent comprehensive vocation abilities in Clinical Pharmacy work according to occupation requirements.
