摘　　要：教学组织形式是教学论中的一个重要问题,一直以来,在教学组织形式研究上,主要关注学生的组织形式,而对教师的组织形式有所忽略。本文从教师组织形态变革着手,详细介绍协同教学的基本情况及其在制药化工原理课程教学中的实施构想,以期对当前教学组织形式的变革有所启发。Teaching organization form is one of the important matters in teaching theory. In the study of teaching organization form, more attentions are laid on the organization form of the students, and the organization form of the teachers is ignored to certain extent. Starting with the transform of the teacher organization form, this paper introduces the basic status of team teaching in detail and the assumption of applying it into the principle of chemical engineering, hoping to give inspiration to the reform of present teaching organization form.
