摘　　要：企业家精神是企业发展壮大的动力源泉,是让企业文化焕发活力的重要因素,同时也是社会精神财富的重要组成部分,它在促进经济发展和社会稳定方面越来越发挥其重要作用。本文以国际企业社会责任运动为背景,探讨国际企业社会责任运动对广东企业家精神建设的影响,并尝试对广东企业家精神建设给出合理建议。The Entrepreneurship is the motive source of the enterprise development, the crucial factor of the corporate culture vitality and the important part of the social spirit. It plays a more and more important role in promoting economy development and the social stability. This paper takes international enterprise social duty movement as its background. It discusses the influence of the movement on entrepreneur spirit building in Guangdong and tries to find a constructive suggestion to the Guangdong entrepreneur spirit.
