体外瘤株嗜银蛋白染色法与MTT法化疗敏感性的对比研究

摘　　要：应用SPC－A1等三株人体肿瘤细胞株，以MTT法及核仁组成区嗜银蛋白染色（AgNOR）法，对长春新碱等六种化疗药物的敏感性进行了研究。结果发现两种方法有良好的符合率，且后一种方法经济、简便，可排除非肿瘤细胞的干扰，弥补了前一方法之不足。Using MTT assay and argyophilie staining of nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR),we studied the chemosensitivity of three tumor cell strains to six different chemotherapeutic agents in vitro. The results showed that the inhibitory percentages of the agents examined with the two methods were consistent. Since AgNOR method gives a clear view in morphology and can differentiates normal cells from the malignant cells, the resul would be more accurate. In addition, this method is also conveaient and economical. However, the comparison of these two methods in the solid tumor should be further studied.
