卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中p27^(kipl)和cyclin E的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨p27^(kip1)、细胞周期素(cydin)E在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其与卵巢癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的p27^(kip1)、cyclin E。结果p27^(kip1)蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌和交界性肿瘤中的阳性表达率分别为37.5%、42.11%,显著低于良性肿瘤的78.05%(P均<0.05);cyclin E在卵巢上皮性癌及交界性肿瘤、良性肿瘤的阳性表达率分别为72.22%、47.37%,29.27%,三者相比,P均<0.01。p27^(kip1)、cyclin E在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达与组织分化程度、临床分期有关(P均<0.05)。结论卵巢上皮性癌组织中p27^(kip1)表达下降,cyclin E表达上调,二者在卵巢癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。[ Objective] To investigate expression of p27^（kipl） and cyclin E in ovarian epithelial tumors and its relationship with pathological behavior of ovarian cancer. [ Methods] Expression of p27^（kipl） and cyclin E was determined in ovarian epithelial tumors by using immunohistochemical technique. [ Results ] Expression of p27^（kipl） protein in ovarian epithelial tumors （37.5%） and borderline tumors （42.11%） were significantly lower than that in benign tumors （78.05%） ,P 〈 0.05. There was significant difference of eyelin E expression between ovarian epithelial tumors（72.22% ） and borderline tumors （47.37 % ） , benigh tumors （ 29.27 % ）, P 〈 0.01. The expression of p27^（kipl） and cyclin E had a correlation with histological grade and clinical stage（ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Expression of p27^（kipl） is reduced and eyelin E is up -regulated in ovarian epithelial tumors ,p27^（kipl） and cyclin E may play important roles in the pathogenesis and progression of ovarian cancer .
