摘　　要：眼压测量是青光眼诊断和治疗中的重要项目,但是目前的诊断和随访所依据的眼压几乎都是在日常门诊单次测量所得,无法反映24h内眼压的真实水平。大幅度昼夜眼压波动可能是青光眼视野损害的独立危险因素。文章就青光眼患者昼夜眼压监测的情况进行综述。The measurement of intraocular pressure （IOP） is essential to the diagnosis and management of glaucoma. However, a single measurement in the ophthalmologist＇s office may not reflect the IOP level at another time of the day. The significant fluctuations in diurnal IOP may be an independent risk factor for the progression of visual field loss. The article reviews the researches of diurnal monitoring of IOP in glaucoma.
